About our Head chef

 

Mary, the head chef and owner of Ashgrove Catering has been in the food and hospitality business for over 30 years. She brings this wealth of culinary experience to her St. Albert based company, Ashgrove Catering which she founded in 1999. Mary attended culinary school in Ireland and Ashgrove Catering is named after the street she lived on while she did her professional training.

Mary shops for all of her food on a daily basis as part of her commitment to providing the best quality product to her customers.
